10 Things I Love About My Sweet Girls Layout

I made this LO using items from the Just Because collection by Little Yellow Bicycle. I also used items from the new Naturals collection by Little Yellow Bicycle. A pocketful of reasons why I love my girls. I just LOVE this “10 Things I Love About” Pocket that I titled “My Sweet Girls.” The Tiny Blossoms pattern paper is probably my favorite in this collection. I cut some of the paper into 12 – half inch strips and alternated them with the white cardstock. I really wanted this paper to pop off the page. Then, I added some decorative Vellum Tape to a few of the white spaces in the stripes for some fun.

10 Things I Love About My Sweet Girls LO

For some pretty dimension, I added chalk ink to the edges of two Burlap Flowers (minus the burlap leaves) and layered them on top of the white flowers I hand cut from the Full Bloom patterned paper.

10 Things I Love About My Sweet Girls LO

I did the same thing here and trimmed off the part of the bloom that hung off the paper…

…and added it right next to my “10 Things” Pocket.

10 Things I Love About My Sweet Girls LO

I added chalk inks to these Canvas Alpha Stickers for another pretty ombre effect.

10 Things I Love About My Sweet Girls LO

Love the Canvas Stickers from the Naturals collection! I added a hint of color to this adorable bird sticker using colored pencils. Red Jute wrapped around this pretty silver foiled chipboard heart. I stitched it over this fun chevron striped Canvas Border that I cut up and turned into arrows.

Love This Life…With The <3 of You! Mini Album

I’m thrilled to be cycling again with Little Yellow Bicycle for another fun project. I made this mini album with the new Just Because collection by Little Yellow Bicycle. This collection has a great combination of colors and patterns. I have to admit that when I first saw this collection…I went nuts about all the red. So, I definitely wanted to make another mini album. Using some of my favorite photos from last year, I combined them with a playful mix of the designs on the papers and the embellishments. It’s a continuation of my Life…What A Ride! Mini Album using the Saturdays collection by Little Yellow Bicycle. Hope you enjoy flipping through this new album. Just Because I loved creating it ; )

Now it’s time to put away the Christmas stuff until next year. Love doing December Daily! Now, I’m cleaning up and organizing my scrapbooking stuff. I’m getting ready to finally finish the mini album I started making for Payton of her Birthday last year. You can see a taste of it here. My goal is to get it done before her next birthday coming up in March. LOL! And, I’ll post it up on my blog as soon as I can get it done. My hubby says What? You have to finish that album? Why don’t you change it to Payton’s almost 6th Birthday! HA HA HA…very funny!

I used this phrase sticker from the Sleigh Ride Collection Accent Stickers by Crate Paper. I added some green twine from the Wonder & Wishes Collection by Little Yellow Bicycle tied up into a little bow along with some tiny silver bells. I attached that using a bit of Glossy Accents by Ranger. I love the sound of the jingle bells. It came in a little package that I got from Hobby Lobby for 5o cents (on sale). The package has three different sizes of bells – small (which are cute and so teeny – tiny), medium, and large. The cute, teeny tiny ones are in this close-up photo.
