DD 2012

Now it’s time to put away the Christmas stuff until next year. Love doing December Daily! Now, I’m cleaning up and organizing my scrapbooking stuff. I’m getting ready to finally finish the mini album I started making for Payton of her Birthday last year. You can see a taste of it here. My goal is to get it done before her next birthday coming up in March. LOL! And, I’ll post it up on my blog as soon as I can get it done. My hubby says What? You have to finish that album? Why don’t you change it to Payton’s almost 6th Birthday! HA HA HA…very funny!

I used this phrase sticker from the Sleigh Ride Collection Accent Stickers by Crate Paper. I added some green twine from the Wonder & Wishes Collection by Little Yellow Bicycle tied up into a little bow along with some tiny silver bells. I attached that using a bit of Glossy Accents by Ranger. I love the sound of the jingle bells. It came in a little package that I got from Hobby Lobby for 5o cents (on sale). The package has three different sizes of bells – small (which are cute and so teeny – tiny), medium, and large. The cute, teeny tiny ones are in this close-up photo.

This Girl Layout

Here is another Layout I made using my Boardwalk Kit from Studio Calico. I LOVE the stamp that comes with this kit! Silly and pretty circles all over the page (BTW, this kraft cardstock came with the kit). You can see I went a little crazy with it, but it’s so fun. You can do so many different things with this circle stamp! I definitely feel this LO shows you how outgoing, silly, and just plain FUN Payton is.

I just LOVE This Girl!

Did anyone else notice that the Crate Paper alpha label sticker says “thoughful”? It should say “thoughtful.” I did not notice that before.

Supplies I used to make my “This Girl” LO:

Her Soft Side Layout

Well, most of the time, Payton is a strong personality. I would say she is a pretty typical 4-year-old. She is very outgoing and silly. She is a tomboy in a princess gown. I captured this photo of her after her swim class that shows a bit of her calm and softer side. I just LOVE her eyes. I LOVE how this LO turned out! Thanks Again to Sasha Farina! I just LOVE my Boardwalk Kit from Studio Calico. I still can’t believe I won it on her Blog! I finally got a chance to create with it…hopefully more creations soon to come.
